I can feel the good burn and muscles firing in my legs.It comes with a set of 4 different strength grading bands, which allows you to modify the intensity .You can actually do jumps, shuffle and etc with this . They fit nice .It is excellent for working all muscles in the Lower leg and especially the gluten. If you are looking for something that can target your glute medius .. this will do itCons: it does comes with an on line book but I found that it would more helpful for a true athlete. It provided more a description of how to use the device with sample drills. Perfect for an athlete.This is a awesome piece of equipment .
