This means that they are NOT removable in the sense that our peel and stick NuWallpaper or wall decals are removable/temporary. They can, however, be removed should you choose to- we recommend using a scraper or an object with a thin, flat surface to wiggle under a seam and pop a corner of the tile up. From there you should be able to peel off the tile with your hands. Please note that as the adhesive is strong, if installed on a painted surface FloorPops are likely to lift the paint. It is also possible that some adhesive residue may be left behind when FloorPops are removed. **Q: Do they stick well over existing vinyl tile?** A: Yes, as long as they are very clean,I would wipe down with rubbing alcohol. And as long as it's semi level... **Q: Can you use these for a garage floor? Are they strong enough to park a car on them?** A: This is a great question. Unfortunately not, FloorPops should not be applied to areas where the temperature regularly falls below 55 or over 85. **Q: I see answers about not using under 55 degrees or over 85 degrees. What would happen if they are in rooms where the temp falls below 55 or over 85?** A: I used them in a vacation home that is between 50-55 when we are gone (ie most of the time) and they all came loose. I used this product for closet flooring instead having to put down real tile. Looks great as it can be for a closet. One issue is the sticky adhesive isn’t the strongest bond even with heavy weights on them overnight. Tiles peeled up with little effort. I put down a skim coat of subfloor adhesive instead and is a rock solid bond now.
