I tested these out, fully charged, sitting at a desk with my phone on the desk 1.5' away and sitting perfectly still. The sound constantly "jittered"; it was like an interference or latency problem between the two devices. It was terrible! Also. The part that goes into your ear canal is a little too large because even with the smallest rubber fittings on it was too tight to fit in my ear canal and that has NEVER been a problem for me. I normally use the medium and large fittings on my ear buds.These were a terrible investment! I asked for a return and I received a shipping label directly to China, so now I have to deal with seeing if they have a local USA return shipping location.UPDATE: The seller wanted me to pay for return shipping to CHINA!! because they don't have a place to ship in the U.S. That would cost just as much or more than the product itself. I decided to keep them, but I am a very dissatisfied customer. Best not to even purchase these and risk it because you will be out money regardless. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ok sound for the money *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2020* I like KZ and thought I'd give this a try. the sound and bass are ok for tws. you do get some cut off and muffled sound at times. Game mode is ok, you can hear a slight difference. The build is light and plasticky but it's only $30. Battery life did not last for 4 hrs, more like 2 and a half 3 for me. Charging time isn't that long. Standby time isn't great. they're ok for the money. Does as is described. 3 and a half stars for this tws.
