The room is done in a nautical theme with strings of starfish hanging from the posts. The white bunks look great! Spent a lot of time in there with the grandkids and so did their parents. I know they didn’t think about the head clearance but, with out it, sitting on the bottom bunk wouldn’t of been near as nice.Hubby and I had them together in a jiffy. We bought two bunks. They are sturdy and will be used for many years to come. I learned later that our adult kids also slept on the bunks with our grandkids. This was putting at least 250 to 300lbs on the bunks depending on who slept with what kid. I wouldn’t recommend it on a regular basis but no damage done. Great bunks! Beautiful! Great design!
