IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't cut the small flat boxes inside open with a knife...you'll cut or score the seat. They are not marked in any way to suggest their contents could be damaged.Update: Vendor took initiative to address the labeling issue I've described above regarding the backrest and seat items that can be damaged when they are opened (by cutting the tape too deeply and scoring them) so I'm quite pleased with that, and have updated my review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Bench Press // Squat stand *by S***M on November 30, 2009* I've had this bench press for about 2 months now and I must say I am impressed with it very steady when in use along w/ the squat rack. Assembly time was less than 15mins very easy. The only reason I don't give this bench a 5 STAR rating is b/c it doesn't have the DECLINE Bench press only has the FLAT/INCLINE other than that I am very impressed.
