Everyday, I massaged the stretch balm into my guages and lobes. Low and behold literally a week and a half later I had to skip down to the 10" gauge because the 14 and the 12 were slipping through my ear! I was so surprised and pleased that I stretched and healed so quick. I would highly recommend massaging the balm into your ears daily. Looks like I will be down to a 00" gauge in no time! I expected the healing to be slow but everyone is different so dont rush it. You will know when its time. I am pleased with this company. Definitely make the purchase!
