I bought this bag in August 2019. I am Loan Signing Agent, so this bag frequently goes with me everywhere, every time. Not to mention through the snow, sun, and rain. Let me say, I LOVE this bag! These are the Pros and Cons (FOR ME): Pros: There is enough designated space for my laptop, letter-sized documents, a notary stamp, pens, paper clips, cell phones, etc. The detachable shoulder straps make it convenient, especially when my hands are occupied or if I don't want to carry the bag in my hand. Love the material of the shoulder straps because it cannot strip. The bag is of excellent quality. This bag is still going strong and looking good. Worth the money I spent. Cons It cannot fit legal-size documents. However, this isn't a deal-breaker because I understand it is a laptop bag, but it would be awesome if it could fit legal size docs. I still love it regardless.
