**Q: I'm guessing these aren't waterproof?...**
A: They are VERY thin & cheap. But to their credit, I did plant two flowers today using them and I had the holes full of water before putting the root ball in. I felt the coolness of the water, but to my surprise my hands were not wet when I took off the gloves.
