I loved this new tape. It was smooth, the blade had fine markings with a little bumper to keep it from slamming home against the tip, and it felt good in hand. Unfortunately, the first time I pulled it to about 22 feet the spring clicked and wouldn't retract the blade. Shortly after while trying to get the blade to retract, I heard a lot of clicks and no more spring. Of course rather than return it I took it apart and found the blade spring had broken. What a shame. This would be an amazing tape measure otherwise. It is worth me trying another and it's on the way. ### ⭐ Broke after 3' drop. Graduations on tape a thick and visibly blurry. *by P***W on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2022* Poor print job on the graduations make what would be a great tape into a useless tape for any kind of high accuracy work.Update: After avoiding using this tape for a long time due to poor print quality on the blade, all it ended up taking to finally sink the nail in the coffin was a 3' drop that shattered internal components and broke the locking mechanism. Not sad to see the tape go, but sad to not get any value for money on what turned out to be a disappointing tape.
