ITs a sub $200 massage table and that is what it feels like. I am a physiotherapy student and have used it for hours on end at a time and it held up well. the heaviest patient I have had on the table was about 220 lbs and it didn't even squeak. For what you pay for I feel this is worth it. I am very gentle when using it and show my patients how to properly get on the table to protect their safety and the integrity of table.
