Well, it took two tries with the vendor to get it just right, but both Amazon and Char Music were very concerned with my satisfaction. I ended up with a perfect fitting suspension case for my 15" viola at a reasonable price and they paid the excess shipping charges...

This is a nice case as I bought it back in November, 2014, and the zipper just broke yesterday to the outside pocket which we put my daughters books in.  Will not purchase another one of these.
