I put my protein powder and almond milk in the bottle with the spring ball thing and shake it up and it makes it really well. It also doesn’t leak which is a huge huge part of why I bought this. So once I mix it, I put that in my bag and I don’t have to worry about it leaking before I get to work. it’s quite easy to clean and although I’m not sure if it’s dishwasher safe, I’ve put it in the dishwasher before. I’ve also had no problem handwashing it because it doesn’t have a lot of crevices that you have to dig around to get things out of.
