I bought set of Pioneer Woman hooks on clearance at Wally World that was in between sizes apparently so this was worked with a 5.25mm hook instead of the 5.00mm hook the yarn advises to use. I’m allergic to the sun so I like to wear light shawls in spring & summer and in winter bc of its size I can wrap it around my neck multiple x and it still works. The only issues I’ve had with it is using the invisible knot or magic knot bc it came undone. Luckily I saw it while doing my border & I tied another knot-several x so it looks a bit goofy in that one section rn, but idc. I love it. It feels great. And I don’t care if other ppl wanna look for my mistakes. It’s functional. It’s beautiful. It’s got an ok price point. I just wish they would sell it in 1 pound skeins bc I’d use it to make just about everything. I used some to make a granny square too. It just feels so nice in ur hands while working with it and it feels lovely on ur skin. I bought more in more colors. Hoping to make a ripple afghan with it one day and some shopping bags tho I usually use cotton for them.
