The product is exactly what I expected for the price paid. Like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. I will use this part in my first lap steel guitar build, so...obviously...I am not going to spend big money on ANY of the parts. This is an inexpensive (import I believe) part but was exactly as described and shipped very timely by Amazon. It obviously was "on hand" since shipping from China is a joke. When I get better (if I get better) at building these things, I will likely upgrade from a part like this and use something of better quality and polished string saddles. As I said at the outset here, let's be honest.
