I looked up the M206 and it looks like it is in the S&W "J" frame family so it should fit pretty good. However the M206 is a little longer which may rest a little higher in the holster and it does have a slightly longer barrel (2") compared to the S&W (1 7/8"). Overall I think the M206 would be a good fit in this holster and this is a high quality looking and made holster. Hope this was helpful. Listing states for S&W Models "and other 38's. Well it's not for the Ruger LCR. The LCR is taller at the trigger guard. I think the seller should state that in the Description. I have been working this holster for days with some but little success (Wax paper wrap).
