APC just makes a great UPS. Unpacked, connected battery lead to terminal, plugged in devices. Not much to getting power. Loaded the management software and got my systems configured to shutdown based on AC/Battery power status. Great unit.

works great but APC support sucks hard. we have a rack with square holes and cage nuts the provided racks DO NOT WORK with that configuration after several hours on the phone and many transfers i gave up i put the screws into the provided rack and hit it with a hammer to remove the captive nut after that i was able to get our larger screws for the cage nut in and rack it. a 30 min task took ALL DAY BECAUSE APC SUPPORT DOESN'T KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCTS.
