Made exclusively for Tout Ensemble to our own design. Length (from waist to hem): 19in/48cm. It is fully lined (100% polyester). NOTE: This skirt is specially designed to hug you nicely but it will also allow you room for comfort! "Designed to 'sit' comfortably just below the waist - on top of the upper hip bone." Because UK sizing can be inconsistent between stores on the High Street, we have given actual body measurements for each size.
