The #1 runner on the Varsity team has one of these, so my son asked me to get him one. He got it yesterday and had his first race with it today. He is a freshman, but his coach moved him up to the JV team in order to give him a chance to quailify for a meet next week in San Antonio. He came in first in todays meet, running in the JV race!!! He ran a 5k at 17 minutes 46 seconds and hit the 3 mile mark at 17 minutes and 2 seconds, his personal best. On Monday he had run a 3 mile time trial and it took 18 minutes 13 seconds.
