Loved FMD for years, I was excited to get this new book by Haylie Pomroy, BUT I don't see that these recipes are Phase specific or maybe aren't labeled as such. Possibly this is a recipe book for maintenance? Disappointed as I was looking for new Phase specific recipes.

I like this book but this is not a fast metabolism recipe book for a specific version of the fast metabolisms meal plan like other Books from this author.  It’s more of a Fast Metabolism For Life meals with ideas on how to modify for any version of the Haylie Pomroy Fast Metabolism meal plans. For example there’s a yummy recipe for sushi and then there’s an explanation how that recipe can be modified for different meal plans and also other ideas or variations for that recipe.
