Review: Maybe too crunchy but fits the diet - I like this cereal because it's low sugar and low carb so it works when I'm trying to diet strictly low carb. With no sugar almond milk It's very low carb. It's super crunchy so I sometimes mix it with other cereal like Chex or Oat squares or even cheerios to balance out how hard the cereal is. But then it's not low carb. It has a great taste. I bought some for my Dad who is diabetic and he liked it too. I buy it every week to month so I give it 5 stars, keep going back to it.

It tasted enough like Cinnamon Toast Crunch that you can tell that is what it was designed towards, however, it is obviously not as sweet a sugary. I tried this with both unsweetened coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk, but did not like the taste. However, with vitamin D it tastes amazing. Surprisingly, I think it tastes best as a dry snack. I keep a bag in my car so that if I’m running late for work in the mornings, I can eat a couple handfuls and it hits the spot. I would recommend this, just don’t expect it to taste exactly like its super high sugar counterpart.

I like this cereal because it's low sugar and low carb so it works when I'm trying to diet strictly low carb. With no sugar almond milk It's very low carb. This cereal is tasty and digests easily and adds a little protein to your diet. I use it with nuts as a snack or use a small amount in my other cereals to add a little more protein. It is a small bag but provides a lot of protein without using a lot of it at a time so in ends up being not that pricey. It has a very crunchy texture and does not get soggy in milk. You can use this is so many ways.
