Review: Just what I needed. - Just what I've been looking for. I've already sent back 3 cookbooks that were garbage. I can just make the recipe and not make adjustment for SOS. She's done it all for me. I love the full page color photos. Very inspiring. The recipes are simple, her instructions are detailed. I love soy curls and so happy that she has included these amazing edibles in her recipes. I follow her on you tube and she is great. You won't be disappointed.
Review: So we literally threw out all the crap and bought organic INGREDIENTS - When serious illness hit our family because of ignorant food choices (organic junk food is still junk food) and needed to reverse the illnesses we went on a Whole Food (no Processed Foods) Plant Based Diet with and emphasis on starch. So we literally threw out all the crap and bought organic INGREDIENTS, emphasis on ingredients from the bulk food isle. Its hard to maintain a healthy diet on rabbit food. Starch is king in our house. Since we are also trying to loose weight, no flour, nuts, seed, avocados, and most of all, NO OIL. With little to no salt or sugar. Once the Doug Lyle Pleasure Trap has been reset, its easy to do. So the next thing to do is find the tools to make food easy as heating up processed foods. The Instant Pot is it. We own the mini for traveling (3 quart), the 6 quart is our main appliance and for soups, and we eat a lot of bean soups, you NEED the 8 Quart Instant Pot or you will get boil over issues. Next is to find a cook who follows Dr. John McDougall, Dr. Michael Klaper, Dr. Furhman, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. Dean Ornish, Dr. Collin Campbell and Dr. Michael Greggor's diets. Hence, that leads us to over 100 Vegan Instant Pot cookbook authors. Chef AJ, Jill McKeever Jill Nussinow (highly recommend) and Cathy Hestor are the books that make it easy, enhance the flavors, and adhere to the above mentioned MDs dietary guidelines to reverse dietary illnesses and maintain optimal health. The focus is on making ingredients into to meals as easy as microwave crap. I especially like this book because of the flavors. And don't forget to subscribe to her youtube channel.... I wonder if Jill needs to put a hair net on those ears???? Hummm....

Just what I've been looking for. I've already sent back 3 cookbooks that were garbage. I can just make the recipe and not make adjustment for SOS. She's done it all for me. I love the full page color photos. Very inspiring. The recipes are simple, her instructions are detailed. I love soy curls and so happy that she has included these amazing edibles in her recipes. I follow her on you tube and she is great. You won't be disappointed.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Woot, Woot!!

I love Jill’s recipes. I have tried so many that are right down awesome, that I just write her recipes in my cookbook knowing they will be good, prior to testing them. We made one recipe once a week we liked it so much, and that is not usual for us. I like variety, but this recipe, Instant Pot Southwestern Hominy Stew is just fabulous! ( I add 1 bunch of cilantro stems, not leaves, chopped finely and I put 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in the bowl when serving). It is better the 2nd day even. We made her barbecue cabbage sandwiches and these were just terrific. Who knew? We made the Austin Curly Stew last night and it was so easy and a huge hit. My husband said to triple it next time. You can’t go wrong with Jill’s recipes. They are winners, like she is. There are more that are terrific, but I would be just repetitive. Get the book. It is a great plant-based cookbook.
