This last time I ordered 10 Boxes (jars) and they leaked - I had to remove each jar from the wet yucky box and dry them off. Of course, I threw away all the boxes. This also means that the pads won't last as long and could dry out faster because the liquid leaked! But I do use it daily & go through this stuff fast. It was a mess & took a long time deal with. The solution to this problem is very obvious. Tucks needs to seal their jars just like vitamins and aspirin bottles to keep the darn things from leaking everywhere during shipping. Also, since this is used on your private areas, it really is like a medicine and should be sealed for safety, hygiene, and leakage. I highly recommend Tucks anyway. Active ingredient: witch hazel (50%). Inactive ingredients: citric acid, disodium EDTA, ethylhexylglycerin, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, purified water, sodium citrate. Alcohol on some older Tucks ingredients lists (which some retailer sites have not updated) but it appears they have been reformulated. Competing generic products tend to still have alcohol at the top of their inactive ingredients list. **Q: Do they clog up the toilet plumbing, even though it says "safe for sewer or septic"?** A: My experience, these many years is that they DO NOT clog pipes, sewers, septic tanks.
