She said they didn’t taste bad and they worked slightly, by curbing her appetite a bit. She followed all instructions on when and how to take the shots, but it didn’t upset her stomach a bit so she came off of them temporarily. It was a couple days of not taking them that her appetite increased. So, they work when you take them, but as soon as you stop, your appetite obviously comes back and stronger. It’s has all the information on the insert. To open, you just snap the top of, really easy. Not a bad taste at all, kind of refreshing, no aftertaste.
