I needed an 18" tall table on which to put a 10 cu ft refrigerator. So I cut about 18" off the legs of this table with a band saw and made it the height I needed. Shortening it down, with the shelf installed, made this table very sturdy. It holds the 100lb fridge, and it's contents, very well. The only flaw I saw is there are a couple of studs welded to the underside of the table that show in the surface. For my application is is a non-issue because there's a fridge sitting on top of it. If using as a true table, and wanting perfection, this might be a concern for others. Honestly though, I didn't notice it until well after I had assembled and installed the table. At this price point I expected 18/8 stainless, and that appears to be what it is. 18/8 is not a high grade of stainless. All stainless scratches easily, but 18/8 is pretty bad in this regard, and 18/8 rusts much easier than 306 or higher grade SS does. So if you are planning to use this outdoors, or in a commercial/industrial application where it will see harsh solvents or cleaners, you might want to consider a higher priced option better suited for that application. It had a few minor scuffs on the edges, but I easily smoothed them out with a green scouring pad (note: swipe in a linear direction, don't scrub around because you will see it). It's solid. It was easy to assemble. The protective film takes a minute to remove. It's tenacious. One note, the film leaves an edge of adhesive that looks like scratches, but it was easily removed by using the stainless steel cleaner I use on my appliances. We're going to use it on a porch for food prep and housing a little refrigerator under it. And that's why I'm buying this table. **Q: I will ask again the same question that seems to have no answer. how tall is the 24x30 table. and is this height adjustable. anyone?** A: The table is 35 inches tall after assembly. I did not purchase rollers for the feet, so this height is as pictured. The height of the table is not adjustable. The lower shelf height is adjustable. **Q: Can it be left outdoors?** A: I would assume so since stainless steel does not rust. **Q: Does this table have a weight restriction? I need to know if it will hold up with the piece of equipment I need it for.** A: Not sure. I use it with two induction plates with 10 gallon pots and it holds fine. And shelf! *by A***R on September 14, 2016* Wonderful professional piece of equipment! And the price is awesome! I struggled with some nuts that were stuck and didn't think the Alan wrench was included! I missed it - it was with the legs! And I trusted another review thinking mine was missing - luckily! It wasn't - it is heavy and works amazingly! I have to use it sideways in my small kitchen and space and I was able to find a shelf below Seville - 18" with a drawers for extra storage - I want to lower the shelf which is completely adjustable a little bit more so I can get the tops on of my new small appliances - The legs were stained? a bit from the plastic? And I have gotten the mottled appearance off with just glass cleaner and the recycled paper towels - glad I got the table - it's so awesome ! And I only had one small scratch - doesn't bother me at all ~ So I highly recommend it- just look throughly! For the Alan wrench and some nuts in a bag. In the leg area and it can be used sideways!
