Caused 2 catastrophic failures in the vehicle, including one break down on the side of the road. This is cheaply made and untested. Do not waste your money or support this terrible product. ### ⭐ Two broke, no love from PC *by H***N on December 1, 2020* I have had two units fail due to poor design. First one broke during initial install and the second one during uninstall. Both pieces that came off are part of the security latch that hold the unit in place. I did get a replacement for the first faulty device. After the second one failed I was dismissed by customer service as the reason and refused a refund. I am a former mechanic and have designed and built multiple restaurants and breweries. I know how mechanical and electrical systems work. Unfortunately, I can’t put trust in this design and I am out $300. There are other options out there.
