Review: Works great. Until it doesn’t. - I bought this and mounted it on my rear window. It works as intended. Until it didn’t. I noticed after about 6 months of light to moderate use that it wasn’t working. I checked and the batteries were dead. Easy fix. Replaced with quality batteries and that’s when I discovered it wouldn’t respond to the remote. The remote battery is good. The red light flickers. The unit simply doesn’t respond anymore. I found a YouTube video showing how to repair it. I attempted this many times to no avail. I have reached out to the manufacturer via their website and social media. They have yet to respond after several weeks. For this reason I give a 1 star review. Update- I finally got in touch with the company. They had some personal issues going on that caused the delay. They replaced my unit free of charge. I am changing the rating to 5 stars as this was the one bad thing I had to say and it has been resolved.

**Q: Battery changes on remote ? How**
A: There is a small hole on the back of the remote. Use a pin to push through that hole, which will open the remote.

**Q: I have a 2022 Tundra and the rear window rolls down. Will this get stuck if I roll down rear window with this installed?**
A: There's no way your window will be able to roll down with this on it... At least not all the way down. It could work as long as you put this at the top of your window and only roll it half down or so

**Q: Is it waterproof? I want to put it on my motorcycle.**
A: The Flik is not waterproof.

I bought this and mounted it on my rear window. It works as intended. Until it didn’t. I noticed after about 6 months of light to moderate use that it wasn’t working. I initially ordered this product last summer in 2021. Great item to own!! Its so awesome I even ordered one for my Pops!! Not only is this a great and fun little gadget, the customer service is just fabulous!!!
