The paste was actually sweet and delicious--it tasted almost like halvah! And it mixed beautifully, not seizing up at all when I made it into a sauce. This tahini made me realize that I've never had tahini before. Seriously, it's that good. Admittedly, it's also rather pricey. But worth every penny. Wow.
