It is cheap, flimsy, wrinkled foam. It came wrapped in a type of masking tape that ripped the product taking it off, as shown in photo 1. Photo 2 is the way it comes rolled, only tighter, so it doesn't lay flat. I wanted it for a border to some peel and stick wallpaper, and decided to try it out anyway, I will have to redo the wall anyway. Photo 3 is the result, and it does not adhere flat, or completely.
