**Q: It's not turning on**
A: Be sure the parts are lined up correctly with the base.

**Q: My bowl cracked. It has been a year and 1/2 since purchased. How can I get a replacement?**
A: I haven't had the need for a replacement yet.  But, I had another model for which parts were very hard to find.  Went on Ebay and found all the parts I needed for a very low price.

**Q: How tall is the EuroPrep?**
A: This thing was a piece of junk and I sent it back.  It was huge on the bottom, was really ugly and very poorly engineered overall.

**Q: does it have a pulse setting**
A: Yes...Three settings-Pulse, low and high ;)
