For the first few weeks, I saw immediate results. I had already been working out every day and eating 1,200 calories but GAINED weight (gained weight but clothes fit much better). When I used Javita along with exercise and calorie tracking, I lost about 2 - 3 pounds per week. However, after a couple of weeks, it got to the point where I just could not finish my cup of tea. What is ironic is that I absolutely love tea and drink it all the time. On top of that, if I didn't strictly drink 2 cups per day, the weight immediately returned. A Javita Rep suggested I drink the tea cold as well as hot, but this didn't make a difference. My body literally didn't want the tea anymore. Unless I "chugged" the tea, it just sat there. It was no longer enjoyable to drink the tea (the taste never bothered me). So, I believe in listening to my body and feel that this tea is no longer the route for me to take. It really does work in doing both.
