I suggested they go on Mother Daughter Dates and read and work through the books together, they did and really enjoyed their time together I can definitely see the progress it made in their relationship together and their bond stronger. Not only does this book speak to the age group in a way that I feel is clear and concise, it deals with a wide range of topics that are certain to generate some conversation between my daughter and I. The topics aren't too heavy for this age group, offer some positive messages, and provide a small area to jot their thoughts down. I like the premise and the encouragement for moms within the introduction to have a journal for daughter and mother to pass back and forth should any topic be difficult to discuss in person, but one they may still want to discuss. I'm very excited to share this with my daughter. It will be a great fit for us and I look forward to the conversations that this will stir. Highly recommend.
