It has very detailed instructions and it's nice to have some links to YouTube videos that demo the techniques. (Shai's YouTube channel is another great resource not to be missed!) I really like that with every technique there is a section on the giver and the receiver's safety and comfort. Truly reinforces the metta aspect of Thai massage and is a much needed message for both professional and amateur massage therapists to embody. The worksheets and customized massage sheets are wonderful tools to learn to give massages that are custom tailored to both giver, receiver and circumstances. These really help you become familiar with your "toolbelt" - don't skip these! The flow sheets w/ space for notes are great to jot reminders and other things (did you know you can do this on kindle?
