A: According to the label, DIM I 400 mg of the total contents, and the rest is 5 mg of enhancers such as black pepper extract.

A: I have prostate issues. I believe it was due to my body is making to much estrogen. I was getting up to pee 5times a night. Now maybe once. I feel better. Less tired and I'm off the doctors medication that didn't work anyways.  It's balanced my hormones. Split dose. 1 in morning. 1 afternoon. 2 at a time will give a dull headache  and dark pee. Hope this helps

A: Sorry, don't know. But I had to go back to 200mg because 400 is just way too much to process and gave me splitting headaches.
