No it doesn’t fix pealing leather. It’s a special conditioner I guess you’d call it. Often used for burnishing edges. Or reconditioning a fading leather. I’d get advice from a leather upholsterer perhaps. Personally, I’d either glue the peeling parts with a flexible leather glue and then either dye it close to original or, gently take away minor peeling depending on the type of leather and then use the tokinol or a coloured version of something similar.
