Most costumes that include my chest size, won't fit my waist. This 3x was stretchy enough to accommodate. I love the low cut top. It gave me great cleavage even though it was a larger measurement than 40. The material is a bit thin, but nothing ripped. The embroidery on the bodice is very pretty and the pewter-looking buttons for the green ribbon laces make this look more authentic than just a costume. I received many compliments and many requests for pictures when I wore this at a beer festival.
