By this time I was suffering sleepless nights from the pain. When my physio appointment was cancelled I decided to look to the internet for help. Turmeric repeatedly stood out as something that might help, so then I turned to Amazon for a good deal. FS Organic Curcumin were the best value for me, easy to swallow with a glass of water. I e been taking them for six weeks now. Tbe result has been staggering. My knees are much less painful and I can get about better. More to the point, I have been able to sleep better at night. My legs aren't so restless and much less painful.
