They all worked and are great, they are bright and soft and of course stay cool, regular bulbs produce so much heat. So far so good no problems **Q: Is there writing on the top of bulb?** A: No writing on the top of the bulb. **Q: Are these bulbs ul or etl rated?** A: I am sorry I installed them all and threw the boxes away so I cannot answer this question.
