Anyway. I do wear silk blouses somewhat regularly to work, and those suckers just cannot handle any underarm sweat at all. I was sick of having to dry clean every time I wore a silk blouse so I tried these.They work great. Don't have to dry clean nearly as often, no sweat marks in the armpit of my delicate silk blouses. They are fairly simple to apply, although sometimes I don't get the placement exactly correct, which leads to a small amount of discomfort throughout the day. They stick very well, I haven't had any issues with the adhesive.Biggest problem with these is they HURT to remove. That adhesive is strong! Also, I have noticed a bit of skin irritation and itching from the adhesive after removal that lasts for a day or two. That being said: these may not be the greatest things for guys (hairy armpits!) or people who DO have to wear deodorant on a daily basis (you aren't supposed to wear it with these pads and I could see odor being an issue). Also, I wouldn't recommend these for daily use due to the adhesive skin irritation thing. But for me, a light perspire-er and an occasional wearer, these work great for what I need them for. ### ⭐⭐⭐ good for mild sweating *by X***3 on October 31, 2015* I believe these would work well for people with a mild sweating issue.pros: the adhesive is serious business. they won't come off I promise. no scary chemicals like in antiperspirants (unless you are sensitive to adhesive... then do not get these). they work well with a variety of clothes as you aren't having to wear an entire undershirt.cons: the adhesive is serious, getting them off kind of sucks. for me, the surface area of them is too small. it doesn't cover the entire area of my underarm where all the sweating occurs. I'm a 5'6 average female. They're expensive if you intend to use them regularly.For me, these weren't enough. I had to combine them with a padded undershirt in order to make it through my shift at work stain-free. The other option would be changing them regularly, but due to their price and the intensity of the adhesive that's just not practical.I think these would work great for a lot of people, just for me my hyperhydrosis is too severe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good solution to embarrassing problem *by W***P on December 1, 2015* Having severe sweating issues myself, this product is an excellent solution. I suffer from excessive sweating, which can prove embarrassing at work. While not a perfect solution, I found that these pads, in conjunction with SweatBlock wipes, all but erase the problem. I can wear tight T-shirts again when I go out, and don't sweat through button down shirts at work.Pros:- No "leakage" so if you wear them, you won't have side sweat or anything still soaking through.- Easy to apply- Almost entirely unnoticeable. I often forget I'm wearing them, you just don't feel them.- Completely unnoticeable from other people's view: you can't tell I'm wearing them at all.Cons:- The adhesive is too strong. I've had two boxes now and they're both the same; be careful when you apply the pads and don't press too hard to help with this. Otherwise, bruising may result.- They only last about 8 hours. If it's a long day, you may need to change them out at lunch.Overall, good solution to an embarrassing problem. and four stars are given due to the overly adhesive nature.
