全粒粉系のパンを焼く際には、ファインの全粒粉を今まで使って来ました。ただ、最近粗挽きの食感が好きになって来たので（ライ麦パンを焼く際は粗挽きを多めに混ぜる派）、全粒粉系のパンをより自分好みに焼く為に、グラハム粉を購入するに至りました。グラハム粉は全粒粉の一種で、表皮と胚芽のみを粗挽きで混ぜ込んだもの（それ以外の部位はファイン）なので、別に粗挽きの全粒粉を揃えるよりは手っ取り早い商品だろう、という軽い気持ちでの購入だったのですが、大正解でした♪2斤用HB（siroca製）で、強力粉300g＋グラハム粉110gの分量で作りましたが、非常に上手く焼けました。今迄は、グラハム粉と同じ分量で、ファインの全粒粉を使っていたのですが、食べた時に少々癖が出る要素を持った（若干舌触りが悪い＆雑味/あくまで私の主観です）表皮が粗挽きになっているので、表皮の雑味を感じる事なく、更には悪かった舌触りもプチプチとした粗挽きの食感に変わったので、私的にかなり好みのパンが完成しました。ただ、普通の全粒粉と違って、グラハム粉の場合は粗挽きが災いして、お好み焼きやホットケーキなどに転用し難く、せいぜいグラハムクッキーぐらいしか活用方法を見出せないので、購入する際にはその点に注意が必要かと。後、私の確認不足だったのですが、同じパイオニア企画のライ麦（粗挽き）が500gパッケージなのに対して、本商品は400gパッケージ商品です。まぁ、少しずつ使う方には良いのですが、ガッツリ使う方には容量不足に感じると思います。パイオニア企画の、小袋＆ビニールジップ仕様は、初心者や少量使いの者には有りがたい仕様なのですが、ジャンジャン使いたいと思う者からすると、やはり少々お高めに感じます。その為、その点から評価を☆1つ下げています。なお、本商品を使って焼き上がったグラハムブレッドを食べたアラフォー嫁と、小3息子の感想は、「見かけが良くて、味と香りも文句無し！」だそうです。

思っていたより粗びきで、食感がガリガリです。パンの膨らみ、舌触りが悪くなるし、クッキーもガリガリでした。
