It is easy to grasp and feels solid. I like the sewn-in loops too. It's easier than keeping track of a separate loop. The velcro strap makes it easy to secure the excess strap. Again, it is easier than keeping track of something to tie up the loose ends. And the box is a nice way to store them. Many times if you don't put something in the exact way it came originally it won't work. But I've put these in backwards and everything just fits.
