You likely already know this but this kit comes with both large and small diaphragms for the Cardiology IV (and III + others as well), as well as 2 replacement ear pieces, and a "non-chill bell sleeve". My scope was missing the large diaphragm for some reason, and while I didn't mind using the small/peds side, it was of course best to fix it. The large diaphragm was as easy to put on my scope as pushing the cap on a ketchup bottle. The edges of the diaphragm are soft and simply slide over the edge of the bell. Takes all of 3 seconds. The appearance is exactly as the original, because it is an OEM replacement after all.
