I like the taste, which is fruity and similar to gummy snacks. Without vitamins I feel very tired, but can't take the side effects of some vitamins, and even have UT problems from the mega pills. I recommend these Vitaburst gummies for anyone, especially those like me who are sensitive to the excessively strong multi-vitamins. I'm very happy with this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Daily Treat *by B***7 on Reviewed in the United States on April 20, 2020* I frequently don't eat as I should, so I like to take a daily multivitamin to cover my bases. I am more inclined to take a supplement when it is chewable. I don't have a problem swallowing pills, I just prefer a chewable, because it's a treat for me. I especially like a fruity gummy. These supplements fit the bill. They are a pleasant fruit flavor (orange, strawberry, or cherry) without a vitamin taste. I also don't have any unpleasant burps from them. I have no problems digesting them and they do not aggravate my GERD (reflux). It is difficult to say if a multivitamin supplement helps you or not. I do have some hair loss that I hope will improve, but it will take months to notice an improvement (I did point this out to my doctor, and my thyroid and blood counts, as well as my general chemistry panel, were good). I feel fine, and I haven't had any sort of illnesses recently. I won't be having any sort of labs done until October, if they show something remarkable, I will update. I will continue to take these as my daily vitamin because I like them. I keep the bottle next to my chair so I can't forget them (I do not have children or pets in my home that can get to them).
