The instruction manual is one page and mainly in pidgin English. the instructions say it will buzz when measurement is finished 20 seconds, it also says you can do a longer reading of 4 minutes it will then buzz. This is nonsense, it doesn't buzz and shuts itself down after 30 seconds. The instructions don't tell you how to change the battery. Three measurement all within 30 seconds of on another gave 3 different readings 34.1, 36.9 and 37.8. Mine came from China - 'Sold by guangzhoushiyamegedingzhifushishangmaoyou xiangong' and is blue and white, the one shown is now shipping from Europe - 'Cowin Europe' and is green and white. I'm not impressed AMAZON, I have been dealing with you for years and never had to complain but this is a rubbish product and reading other reviews I think a lot of people agree with me. ### ⭐⭐ Dud Product *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 May 2020* I wrote a review complaining about misleading information on delivery. Tha supplier tried to get me to withdraw the review which I found quite threatening.The battery soon ran out after 40 days and when I went to replace it I found that the battery was rusty and had damaged the product.I ordered replacement batteries at a cost of £3.99 (thermometer was £8.78After fitting replacement batteries the thermometer worked again for a total of 11 days when it packed up completely! ### ⭐⭐ Turns itself on and off *by M***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 June 2020* I don't think this thermometer will be lasting for long, seems to be badly made.
