Review: The item itself is great, packaging very bad. - The box was really damaged. The protective case was broken and stuck back together with sticky tape. Really unacceptable. I was offered a refund, but due to worry of perhaps not being able to get a replacement I have kept it. Very disappointed with the packaging though, especially when I paid for a new product which I don't actually believe this was. Not great when you are a collector. The figure itself is great.

The box was really damaged. The protective case was broken and stuck back together with sticky tape. Really unacceptable. I was offered a refund, but due to worry of perhaps not being able to get a replacement I have kept it. Very disappointed with the packaging though, especially when I paid for a new product which I don't actually believe this was. Not great when you are a collector. The figure itself is great.
