Unsure which one is better value** A: It doesn’t really matter to be honest; you won’t be able to smell anything whatever the size. It’s very weak. **Q: Are these supposed to have bottle seals on? My bottle doesnt and looks like it's been diluted with water. How oily are they meant to be?** A: It didn’t have a seal is it is a refill. It smells pretty strong, is reasonably watery and doesn’t seem to be too oily.
