The texture is nice; feels thick and of good quality, with a fragrant and salty taste you'd expect from black bean sauces. Value for money is great as this works out cheaper than buying the sachets individually. Just makes life easier when you can add these to your stir-fry instead of faffing about with different ingredients. You can't go wrong with Lee Kum Kee. I'll keep buying these as long as desertcart stocks them!
