Coconut sugar also being low glycemic, we swapped to her to coconut sugar. To be honest, she was craving the sweetness of normal sugar and complaining lots when we swapped it, so we then decided to do a taste test to get the best possible coconut sugar one to please her pallet. We did a blind taste test on 4 brands of coconut Amazon sugar on her and this won! She is happy. The texture and taste had the edge.
