I use this cream each night after smearing my face with Garnier Soothing Cleansing Milk which is thick liquid rather than a cream, a little goes a long way,and clean it off with a reusable wipe. I do not wash my face with water, instead I dot little blobs of the Nivea Q10 cream over my face and blend in. I left 60 behind years ago and have had this routine for a long time.
