I tried one meal and did enjoy the sauce, so when I saw Kevin's has it's own line of sauces I jumped to try it. This is mild Thai sauce, so those who prefer the range of spicier items may be disappointed, but for me it carries a good coconut base and discernible, if mild, Thai seasoning. I prepare several day's worth of meals in advance, and one pouch of the sauce will cover 4-6 chicken thighs (or the equivalent) plus rice/veggies. For some, it can be a problem eating the same lunch or dinner daily for a week - there is always the freezing option but for me and my schedule it doesn't get 'boring' and I've found the sauces/food refrigerate well for about 5-6 days(I make the rice fresh daily and add fresh veggies as I heat the item in sauce).
