Importantly, although it says High Profile, the standard height is perfect for me, while other latex pillows are generally puffier. Latex is bouncy - it compresses to exactly the right place and regains its shape as soon as the pressure is off. It is also naturally cooling. This makes it quite different from memory foam which traps your head in one position and is very hot, or pillows filled with chips of foam that shift around. Latex pillows don't last forever, but my original RejuveNite lasted for 12 years, which is not bad, even for a pillow this expensive. I have used the Purple Pillow, which I like a lot, but it is really heavy and ridiculously expensive. The RejuveNite is much better. There are product inconsistencies and not all of the pillows feel the same.
